Discovering French Vineyards in the Heart of Manhattan: A Culinary Journey

The program kicks off on September 27th with Bordeaux wines, elegantly paired with tasty bites of beef Bordelaise and goat cheese. Following that, on October 25th, guests will be treated to the storied Rhone wines alongside charcuterie and quenelles—one of the chef’s signature dishes. As autumn progresses, attendees will discover the unique flavors of Bourgogne wines on November 22nd with an enticing combination of escargots and classic beef Bourguignon. Closing the series, December 27th will be dedicated to the effervescence of Champagne, wonderfully complemented by cheese and chocolate bites.

Benoit resides in a location immersed in culinary history, occupying the space once held by the celebrated La Cote Basque, which was often revered as a temple of French gastronomy. Alain Ducasse has expertly maintained this tradition of excellence for over a decade and a half. The restaurant’s private dining area is adorned with vibrant artwork by Bernard Lamotte, echoing the former establishment’s legacy while residing within walls crafted by skilled artisans from France.
