Introducing the Breeze Easy Visa Signature Card: A Review

Breeze Airways recently launched its first co-branded credit card in partnership with Barclays, called the Breeze Easy Visa Signature card. This card offers several benefits, including accelerated accrual of BreezePoints on purchases made with Breeze Airways. Holders of the card can earn BreezePoints faster on Breeze Airways purchases compared to other transactions. Additionally, cardholders will receive complimentary WiFi on Breeze’s Airbus A220 aircraft and priority boarding for themselves and their travel companions. The card also comes with a signup bonus of 50,000 BreezePoints after spending $2,000 in the first 90 days, with an annual fee of $89.

In conjunction with the release of the Breeze Easy Visa Signature card, Breeze announced a rebranding of its loyalty program from BreezePoints to Breezy Rewards. This change aims to provide a fresh and improved experience for loyal customers of the airline. The new program is likely to offer enhanced benefits and rewards to further incentivize customers to choose Breeze Airways for their travel needs.

Alongside the credit card rollout and loyalty program rebranding, Breeze introduced two other significant updates. Firstly, the airline unveiled a new fare option called the No Flex Fare, which is designed to complement its existing fare bundles – Nice, Nicer, and Nicest. Passengers opting for the No Flex Fare will need to pay for carry-on or checked bags, as well as advanced seat assignments. Moreover, flight changes are not permitted, and cancelations only result in a partial credit.

Additionally, Breeze announced the addition of five new destinations to its route network: Dallas-Fort Worth, Lancaster, Pa., Lansing, Mich., Pensacola, Fla., and Bangor, Maine. Flights between Pensacola and Tampa are set to commence on June 28, with operations from the other four cities scheduled to begin in October. These new routes will expand Breeze’s presence in the U.S. market and offer travelers more options for their journeys.

The introduction of the Breeze Easy Visa Signature card, along with the changes to the loyalty program and other announcements, reflects Breeze Airways’ commitment to enhancing the overall travel experience for its customers. These developments are aimed at providing greater value and convenience to passengers, showcasing the airline’s dedication to customer satisfaction and loyalty.
