The Exciting Arrival of the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando

In a groundbreaking announcement, it has been revealed that a Nickelodeon-branded resort is set to make its debut in the Orlando area in 2026. The Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando will be a part of the massive Everest Place development, a $1 billion project spanning 220 acres in Kissimmee. This partnership between Everest Place, Paramount (the parent company of Nickelodeon), and Lion Star Hospitality promises to bring a unique and immersive experience to visitors.

This new resort will feature 400 hotel rooms and condo units, all of which will be thoughtfully designed to reflect the spirit of beloved Nickelodeon franchises such as SpongeBob SquarePants, Paw Patrol, Dora the Explorer, and Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Guests will have the exciting opportunity to interact with their favorite characters and immerse themselves in a world of fun and adventure.

The Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando will not only offer delightful accommodations but also a variety of food and beverage concepts to tantalize the taste buds of visitors. From the SpongeBob-inspired Le Spatula restaurant to Mikey’s Pizzeria paying homage to the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, there will be something for everyone. Moreover, the resort’s ’90s-inspired Snick Lounge will provide entertainment through games, sports, and live music.

Among the key highlights of the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando will be the Aqua Nick water park, where guests can splash and play to their heart’s content. Additionally, the resort will feature a Club Nick kids club for young visitors to engage in supervised activities and make new friends. Furthermore, Nick retail shops will offer exclusive merchandise for fans to take home as souvenirs of their unforgettable experience.

This upcoming Orlando resort will mark the addition of another Nickelodeon-themed property to the brand’s portfolio. Currently, Nickelodeon operates resorts in Punta Cana and Mexico’s Riviera Maya, both of which are managed by Karisma Hotels & Resorts. While there was a Nick Hotel in Orlando that opened in 2005, it discontinued its Nickelodeon branding in 2016, making the arrival of the Nickelodeon Hotels & Resorts Orlando all the more exciting and highly anticipated.
