Trump Organization to Debut Luxury Resort in Oman by 2028

The Trump Organization is set to make its debut in Oman with a luxurious resort expected to open by December 2028. Teaming up with luxury real estate developer Dar Global and Omran Group, Oman’s state-run tourism development arm, the $500 million project will be part of the AIDA mixed-use complex currently under construction.

The Trump International Oman will boast a 140-room hotel complete with an 18-hole golf course, a members-only club, multiple dining options, banquet and meeting facilities, a spa, and a nightclub named Cliff Hanging Night Club. Additionally, guests will have exclusive access to a private beach, adding to the allure of this upcoming destination.

Executive Vice President of the Trump Organization, Eric Trump, expressed his enthusiasm for the project by stating that it signifies a new level of sophistication, unparalleled service, and exclusivity. He believes that this venture will elevate Oman’s standing as a premier global destination, attracting discerning travelers from around the world.

Expansion in Saudi Arabia

In addition to the Oman project, the Trump Organization and Dar Global have partnered on another development in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. While specific details about the Trump Tower Jeddah have not yet been unveiled, Dar Global’s CEO, Ziad El Chaar, hinted at leveraging the respective strengths of both organizations to attract international investors and vacationers to the region.

Recent Portfolio Changes

These new ventures come at a time when the Trump Organization’s hospitality portfolio has seen a decline, with the number of properties dropping from 15 in 2015 to just eight at present. The addition of projects in Oman and Saudi Arabia signifies a strategic move to regain momentum and expand their presence in the luxury hospitality market.

The Trump Organization’s foray into Oman with the launch of the Trump International Oman resort marks a significant milestone in their global expansion efforts. With a focus on luxury amenities, exclusive offerings, and top-tier service, this upcoming destination is poised to redefine luxury travel in the region and showcase Oman as a premier destination for upscale tourism.
