Princess Cruises is set to revolutionize the dining experience for guests starting this September. The cruise line will now offer guests the flexibility to dine at any time they choose in the main dining rooms. This new option is in addition to the traditional dining experience where guests can select either early or late dinner seatings for each evening of their cruise.
Guests who opt for flexible dining will have three options to choose from. They can make reservations for a specific night, walk in at any time, or stick to the traditional dining experience with the same waiter and table every night. Each of these dining options will be made available on different floors or areas of the main dining rooms on Princess Cruises’ ships.
Expansion of Flexible Dining
Princess Cruises initially introduced the flexible dining concept on the Sun Princess, where the three-story dining room was designed to accommodate traditional seatings, reservations, and walk-ins on separate floors. Due to the overwhelming positive feedback received from guests, Princess Cruises has decided to extend this dining option to all their ships.
To facilitate the transition to the new dining system, Princess Cruises has made it convenient for guests to make dining reservations in advance using their cruise line’s app. Guests sailing on departures from June 17 onwards can now reserve traditional seating or choose to make nightly reservations and walk in at their preferred dining times.

He mentioned that guests aboard the Sun Princess were delighted with the new dining options and that Princess Cruises is committed to providing exceptional dining experiences across all their ships.
